Client, R-Logitech UK Limited was considering making an investment on a downhole tools company – TNW Limited. INFIL Petroleum was contracted by Client to conduct technical due diligence on TNW’s suit of six (6) downhole production enhancement tools. Our key role was to evaluate the technical suitability of the subject tools, assess their competitiveness and survivability, as well as provide optimum pricing points for each tool; to enable R-logitech make an informed investment decision in TNW’s business. Our work led to R-Logitech’s acquisition of 51% equity in TNW in March 2018
