Otakikpo Field (OML 11) is a marginal oil field located in the swamps of Eastern Niger Delta; owned and operated by Lekoil Oil & Gas Limited. INFIL was contracted by Lekoil’s drilling contractor (Wellsmart Drilling Limited) to perform project management services for drilling and completion operations on two development wells, Otakikpo 2 and Otakikpo 3. We deployed our in-house drilling optimization tool (CSFDM), to ensure smooth delivery of the wells. Both wells have been successfully drilled and completed with combined production capacity of 7,000BOPD.
