In order to eliminate prohibitive cost of processing produced water at a third-party facility, Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited (HEOSL), initiated a project to treat produced water from their OML 30 fields, for injection into designated wells at Afiesere field.

INFIL Petroleum was contracted by the client to undertake Follow-on Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of the OML 30 water injection system and associated equipment. To ensure expedited project delivery (as per client request), INFIL Petroleum performed follow-on engineering on the OML 30 injection pump designs and sourced suitable, spec-fit, Electric Driven (unused surplus) pump packages from reputable pump manufacturers – Flowserve, Sulzer & United Pumps. The scope of supply also includes installation, piping, hook-up, testing and commissioning of all Six pump packages at Afiesere field/UPS Ugheli, in N+1 configuration.
