Kokori field (OML 30) by design, has two surge vessels operating concurrently as second stage separation equipment for the field’s circa 45,000BLPD production. Recently, one of the existing surge vessels became faulty and had to be taken out of service. We were contracted by operators of the field (Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited) to provide a replacement surge vessel for Kokori field and perform associated adaptation works to ensure uninterrupted oil and gas production from the asset. We conducted an inspection of the Kokori field facilities and proceeded with brownfield works, including (off-site) fabrication of line pipes, elbows, crossovers, valves, etc., prior to in-field installation, hook-up and commissioning.
