Dr. Tonye J. Alagba is a renowned E&P expert with Over 18 years of local & international Oil and Gas Development Experience. He is the current CEO of INFIL Petroleum Limited a Nigeria-focused oilfield service company specializing in upstream production optimization and brownfield development. Dr. Alagba holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and a PhD in Oil & Gas Project Management. Dr. Alagba has served the global E&P industry in various capacities, including as Senior Petroleum Engineer for Petrofac, Offshore Field Manager for ConocoPhillips – Dubai Petroleum, Technical Director for Century Energy Services & Managing Director of INFIL Petroleum Limited. Dr. Alagba is a PMI USA certified project management professional with many technical publications under his belt. His 2013 ground-breaking work on critical success factors for drilling projects remains a reference point for upstream oil and gas drilling project efficiency. Dr. Alagba hails from Bayelsa State: South-South Nigeria, he is married with 2 children.
